Ingredients
  • 5oz. sugar
  • 8oz. water
  • 1/4cup light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepot; bring to a boil.
  2. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature in pot.
  4. Store in airtight container at room temperature (or in refrigerator if storing for more than 1 week).
