This simple sauce can spice up anything – anticuchos, grilled meats, fried foods, soups….

 

Salsa de Ají y Cebolla China (Yellow Pepper Sauce)

Ingredients
  • 1cup ají amarillo paste
  • 1Tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2Tbsp. Lime juice, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp. salt(to taste)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Hold covered in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
